The event begins with the Welcome Reception at 7:00 pm on September 30th and you may depart at 1:30 pm on October 3rd after the final session concludes. For the lessons learned/closing event, you must be present by 11:30 am on November 15th. Most participants will arrive in San Diego on November 14th.
