The conference will begin on Monday morning, June 6 and conclude at 4:15pm pm on Wednesday, June 8. Grantees that are required to attend this event should plan to arrive to the hotel on Sunday afternoon or evening, to allow time for poster/technology showcase set-up. Conference registration and showcase set-up will be available from 4:00 – 8:00 pm on Sunday and from 7:00am to 8:30am on Monday morning. Departure times for all required attendees should be scheduled after the conclusion of the conference. All NSF one-on-one meetings will be scheduled between these hours, therefore the availability of the one-on-one schedule will not impact your travel planning.
