Overview
INFORMATION
Each PFI award will be assigned a poster board and small footprint on the floor in the “Technology Showcase” to be held in the Atrium Ballroom of the hotel throughout the conference; Monday and Tuesday evening, grantees will have the opportunity to network, discuss their projects and give demonstrations if desired.
NSF has invited a number of technology scouts from industry and potential investors/strategic partners to attend the conference and learn more about our grantees. These attendees are encouraged to visit the Technology Showcase and tour the posters throughout the conference. These representatives from industry and investors may request one-on-one meetings with select grantees. You will be contacted by email if anyone indicates an interest in speaking with you.

Participation
GUIDELINES
At this year’s event, each grantee is asked to hang their poster upon arrival to the conference on Sunday, June 4 or before the welcoming remarks on the morning of Monday, June 5 and leave it hanging until the last day of the conference on Wednesday, June 7. Although presenting a poster is a requirement, you are also encouraged to bring a prototype or demonstration to display during the Showcases.
